DRIVER BONUSES

EFFECTIVE 9/15/2023, WE HAVE ADDED A SIGN-ON BONUS AND RECRUITING BONUS FOR NEWLY HIRED COMPANY DRIVERS AT OUR SARDIS OHIO TERMINAL.

NEWLY HIRED SARDIS COMPANY DRIVERS WILL RECEIVE $9,000, PAID OVER 24 MONTHS.

SARDIS RECRUITING BONUS: RECRUITER OF NEW DRIVER WILL RECEIVE $4,800 PAID OVER 24 MONTHS.

BONUSES SUBJECT TO SOME LIMITATIONS

ORIGINAL RECIPIENTS OF THE LEGACY RETENTION BONUS (THOSE HIRED BEFORE 12/31/21) WILL RECEIVE FINAL / 24TH PAYMENT IN THE FINAL PAY PERIOD OF NOVEMBER 2023.

ALL NEW HIRE BONUSES PRESENTLY BEING PAID OUT WILL CONTINUE TO PAY OUT UNTIL THEIR 24TH MONTHLY PAYMENT. SOME RESTRICTIONS APPLY.

Owner Operator Drivers

DESCRIPTION:

We have immediate openings for drivers to handle liquid and dry bulk materials.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years OTR experience, one year bulk experience
  • Minimum age requirement 21 years of age
  • CDL with Tanker and hazmat endorsements
  • TWIC Card or willing to obtain
  • DOT Physical and required drug screening
  • Clean MVR
  • Available for local, regional and long haul assignments
  • Verifiable past employment history
  • Good oral and written communication skills
